Admission Process
Admission Process for the Session : 2027-28
The admission process for the session 2027- 28 commenced on the online mode (through website) and Offline mode w.e.f. September, 2026. The school’s Admission Counsellor processed all enquiries and made arrangements for online / offline interactions with students and parents seeking admission. The process which is followed in school is described in the given steps:
Step – 1 – Registration
Documents Required –
- Self attested copy of Municipal Birth Certificate
- Copy of Parents Aadhar (Both) and
- Copy of Mark sheet of the previous
- Attested Copy of Health Card by a Registered Doctor (Prescribed Format Attached)
- 4 recent passport size coloured photographs of the student
- 2 recent passport size coloured photographs of the each parent.
- Family and Student’s Samagra Id number.
- Bank account number of the student/ any one of the parent.
- PEN (Permanent Education Number) of the child from previous school.
- Apaar Id of the student.
- Copy of Residential Address Proof Copy.
- Copy of previous two year’s report cards along with mid-term report card copy of the current year.
- If not uploaded at the time of registration, the ward’s Aadhar card no. and self-attested copy of Aadhar card should be submitted within 30 days of admission confirmation.
Step – 2 – Interaction and Document Submission
- The date for Interaction is informed via Email / Call / WhatsApp Msg. The child has to accompany the parents.
- Verification of documents is done on
- Aptitude Test followed by an interaction with the Class Coordinator / Segment Head. Principal connect with perspective parents.
- Results disclosed on the second working day via Email / Call /
- PAO (Provisional Admission Offer) Letter is issued to Selected Candidates (on the same day for Classes I to V).
- PAO (Provisional Admission Offer) Letter is issued to Selected Candidates online. (Class VI onwards within 2 working days)
Step – 3 – Enrollment
- Parents are called to complete the Enrolment formalities and deposit the Admission Fee and are given the Health Card. Once the Scholar Number is allotted, the admission process is complete.
