FAREWELL TO CLASS XII STUDENTS OF DPS KOLAR Delhi Public School, Kolar Road, Bhopal organised GROOVISTA 135 – the Farewell for the outgoing batch of class XII, session 2025-26, on January 16, 2026. The warm, sunny day was a fiesta for the students, who had mixed emotions as they reminisced joyous moments spent together with friends and teachers. Looking resplendent and charming, the students chatted excitedly and seemed to gather in their hearts, cherished memories and a promising future. The school premises were spruced up with colourful decoration and sported a selfie point, school logo, school flag and house flags. Madam Principal, Mrs. Vandana Dhupar welcomed the gathering of students, teachers and judges and showered her students with loving words of advice and guidance. As always, the highlight of the function was the Ramp Walk by the beautiful girls and handsome boys. There were further rounds, which included Judge’s Round. The class XI students bid goodbye to their seniors through a beautiful cultural presentation, making the audience emotional and nostalgic. The music and dance department of the school put forth a mix of energetic dance performances and popular foot tapping songs. The members of the Student Council delivered speeches expressing gratitude to their teachers and mentors for their precious contribution in making the journey of learning a memorable one. Everyone enjoyed the refreshments and danced to their heart’s content. Many were seen clicking pictures of friends and teachers – capturing memories of school life forever. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks. Prepositions connect words like bridges connect places.” Delhi Public School Kolar conducted a fun and interactive activity, “Preposition – Hunt the Treasure”, for the students of Class 1 to reinforce the concept of prepositions. Children followed a series of clues containing positional words and each clue led them to a new spot, helping them understand how prepositions show position in real situations. Students enthusiastically moved from place to place, read the clues, and located the hidden objects. The activity concluded with the children successfully reaching the treasure by correctly interpreting all the prepositional hints.
