Artificial Intelligence is one of the fastest-growing technologies of the century and plays an important role in our daily lives. Studying Al will open up a world of career opportunities in diverse sectors for young and energetic minds.
Thus, to be a part of this revolutionary transition, a well-equipped Al lab has been set up in DPS Kolar to make students familiar with the Al systems and tools at a very basic level and gradually prepare them to develop cutting-edge Al applications. The lab will help them to play, experiment, and understand the technology and also enhance their power of imagination and creativity.
The school has offered AI in classes 6 to 8 as a skill subject under NEP wherein the students are introduced to the concept of AI and its applications along with the various AI tools to become aware and ready to work with the technology in the future.
AI has also been offered as the 6th additional subject in classes 9 and 10, as per the Skill Education curriculum prescribed by CBSE, wherein the students learn about various tools and techniques used in AI and also coding AI algorithms.
The students of DPS Kolar have excelled and won laurels for the school at many Inter School Events in the field of AI
