‘CAREER GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING’ is an inclusive programme for students at Delhi Public School Kolar Road Bhopal. The programme is implemented right from class 8 onward still they pass out after completing the Senior Secondary Examination. The school is built on the firm ideology of giving wings to the students to fly and reach out to touch the sky and beyond. The school has par taken several programmes to implement career counselling. We have collaborated with MINDLER and CIALFO .
A professionally trained and certified counsellor conducts ‘psychometric testing’ (Personality Test, DBDA & Interest tests). It is meant to give clarity to students about their strengths and weaknesses. It helps in decision making while selecting the appropriate subjects for stream selection. Personal counseling sessions further eliminate any residual doubt or glitch that might prevail in the mind of both parents and their wards.
CIALFO
DPS Kolar in collaboration with CIALFO brings an opportunity for its students to select the best possible college or University of their choice. CIALFO is a fast-growing, global edtech company and student-first career exploration and college application network.
This support high school students throughout the early career exploration, college search and selection process. We help students to think differently about their options in an increasingly cluttered and confusing space, so they can take the best next steps towards realizing their ideal future.
Mindler
DPS Kolar Road in collaboration with Mindler , guides the students on choice of subjects and streams and provide suitable career choices. It also helps students to become self-aware about their strengths and weaknesses. The programmes and workshops provide end-to-end career guidance, catering to the needs of everyone involved in the career decision-making process – parents, teachers, counsellors, and the students themselves.
